ShedMellow orders are not open yet. This page explains where to find updates once shipping is available.
Find your order updates
Use the order-status link in your order confirmation email. After dispatch, the shipping confirmation will provide the available tracking information.
You can also sign in to your customer account using the email address associated with your order.
Need help?
If a tracking link is missing, a shipment has no new scan or an order appears incorrect, contact ShedMellow with your order number and a description of the issue.
Do not post order numbers or personal details publicly, and never send payment-card details. Creating an account or joining the email list does not place an order.
